For our V.I.P. Ticket
Package guests. Early entrance 1 (one) hour before general entry at 7:30 PM.
V.I.P. Guests will take advantage of 1 (one) free drink (21+ only), hors
d'oeuvres, priority dinner seating, gift bags, and free digital-online souvenir
photo and 2 ball room dance lessons (Nov 25th & 26th at 6:30 PM).
•General Open - 7:30 PM•
Doors open for all of
our Ball Guests. General seating, beverage and salad service for dinner package
guests, and photo opportunity for those who have it included in their ticket
package. Digital Online souvenir photo may be purchased separately for $10.00.
V.I.P. begin dinner service followed by regular Dinner Package guests.
•Programme - 8:00 PM•
Entertainment for our guests begins at 8:00 PM
including several dance performances, give-aways, and a Best-Dressed Costume
Contest.
•Best-Dressed Contest•
Show off your best
wizarding or witching wardrobe! Special prize give-aways for 2nd Place, Runner-Up,
and 1st Place winners.
•Digital Online Photo•
A special magical
photo-op will be set up in the grand hall for guests with VIP, Dinner, or
Separate Purchase tickets ($5.00). Photos will be made available as an online
digital download.
•Ballroom Dance•
V.I.P. Guests and those
who purchase a Separate Ticket ($15.00 per session) have the opportunity to
take 2 Ballroom Dance Lessons with a ballroom choreographer and take part in
our Grand Ball Dance as part of the Programme. Dance lessons will be two 1 hour
sessions, one on Saturday, November 25th at 6:30 PM and Sunday, November 26th at 6:30 PM at the venue, the William G Skaff Center.
•Gift Bag•
V.I.P. Guests and those
who purchase a Separate Ticket ($10.00) will receive a Gift Bag full
of wizarding candies and other goodies.

Center 500 Spencer Drive West Palm Beach, Fl 33409 It is a building connected
to a church. The event is not run or sponsored by the church. A night of magic,
dinner, and dancing!
TICKET PACKAGES:
Basic Admission: $30
This ticket includes no
dining option. Does not include souvenir program or souvenir ticket. Admission
to the event only, starting at 7:30 pm. Cash bar available to ticket holders 21
and over. All tickets are non-refundable.
Dinner Package: $55
Regular Ball admission
includes dinner and festivities starting at 7:30 pm, Saturday, December 2nd
2017. Souvenir ticket and program included. Cash bar is available for guests 21
and over. All tickets are non-refundable.
VIP Package: $85
VIP Ball admission
includes dinner and festivities, and cocktail hour starting at 6:30 pm,
Saturday, December 2nd 2017. Souvenir ticket and program included. Package of
event gifts available to VIP ticket holders as well. Priority seating and first
dining for VIP ticket holders. 2 Ball Room dancing lessons are included with
this ticket. Dance lessons will be two 1 hour sessions, one on Saturday, November 25th at 6:30 PM and Sunday, November 26th at 6:30 PM at the venue, the William G Skaff Center. Cash bar is
available for guests 21 and over. All tickets are non-refundable.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
This event is intended
for persons who are well behaved. Any age can attend, but every person in attendance
must purchase a ticket.

Is my registration/ticket transferable?
You may transfer a
ticket to another person, but you must email us at contact@theatreca.com not
later than 1 week before the event so we can update the guest list. We will
